Richelle Morgan is the owner of Bodysculpt Fitness and Yoga studio in Whitby and creator of Bodysculpt Bootcamp.   As a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher and holistic nutrition specialist, she has fused her two passions to create innovative classes, workshops and yoga retreats that have helped many women in the Durham Region discover that the path to a fit and healthy lifestyle can be both fun and attainable.  As a teacher she loves to share her knowledge, support and motivation with her clients and instructors. Her classes and sessions are inspired by her sense of humour, strength and passion for life and adventure.

Camille Cherry is an Elite Bodysculpt Instructor,certified personal trainer and yoga teacher.  Currently she heads-up the east end classes in the Durham Region.  Camille is the a mother of 2 and brings her life's experiences to her classes with warmth, strength and a great sense of humour.

Rhonda Armour is an Elite Bodysculpt Instructor and certified personal trainer.  She is a Human Resources Professional that has recently been inspired to take the support and leadership functions of her HR training and put them to use in the world of fitness.  The career change as allowed her to set an example for her children and those around her - do what makes you happy! Her passion to inspire others to focus on themselves and lead an active and healthy lifestyle creates a positive and energetic vibe during class.

Anything related to boxing and hard core abs!

When people don't think they can make it to the end of an exercise but, with some encouragement, find the strength within to do it!

My kids - I want them to know the importance of taking care of yourself both inside and out.

when people come to class feeling stressed, but leave with a big smile on their face
